Reflection Question: When I look in the mirror what do I see?
I see my past, the scar on my lip when I was young. I see in my eyes my family members; Uncle Paul, Grandpa Norbie and my cousin Melissa. I see my future; my daughter Annie in me. I see the age, facial wrinkles that show the laugh lines or my smile marks. I see the flaws, I consider flaws that I know others don’t always see. I see a creation of God, unique and beautiful.
Reflection Question: What gift do you give yourself?
I give myself the reminder to be patient, kind, gentle, faithful, honest, playful, committed, encouragement. The extra “push” to do what is right and good, especially when it is not what I want to do.
Reflection Question: Why am I lovable to my friends, family and my God?
I am lovable because I reflect God’s light when I don’t reflect God’s light I feel like a bad person, someone not lovable but when I share God’s love, then I am loved in return 1,000 fold!
