See the Bounty

It’s hard to imagine when you turn on the news that anything good is happening in the world! Stories of division and heartbreak consume the airways. Even in our daily lives we can sometimes only see the stack of bills piling up and our to do list of obligations growing. It’s enough to cause a person to toss their hands up!

This is exactly what God wants us to do! Toss our hands up and give him praise. Praise for the morning dew on the grass. Praise for the colors of the sunset. Let’s raise them up ya’ll!

Now I’m reminded of when Jesus said he is preparing a place for me in heaven. I believe it will be more amazing than anything I’ve ever seen here on earth. Why? Well, because I trust if God is capable of lighting my path here on earth and filling it with beauty, then at my death when I walk with Jesus at my side, I will be overwhelmed by the bounty that is heaven!
