My Servant

As a servant of God’s will I want to show obedience to God. The best way I know how to do this is through my words and my actions. I need to be more intentional about my plans, where I go and with whom I spend my time. I also need to watch my words to be sure I’m not using slander or being boastful.

To be intentional means I need to spend time reflecting on my words and actions so I know where I need to improve. Have I been supportive and kind to others? Have I given compliments or helped others? Have I spent time in prayer and has it been productive?

This time of reflection gives me the necessary insight to know if I’m in line with who God has called me to be. If I say I am a servant of God then I want to be sure that’s what people see when they come in contact with me.

I know this will be my life’s work, seeking to be the best version of myself each and every day. My goal is to be so intentional that people see Jesus through my words and my actions. Along the way, I’m filled with delight that I have been chosen and given the opportunity to read and share the scriptures! I am blessed!
