Being a Thursday, I made a point, even though I didn’t have my journal with me to go into Adoration to spend some time with God. It was very nice!

I ended up in there about the same time I had been going when I went during Lent. I only say for about 30 minutes, I know I could stay all day so I limit myself!

It is nice because the same people are in there each time I go which gives me an even more comfortable feeling.

Today I did a lot of talking and not much listening even though I asked questions. I was not a good listener probably because I was beginning to get anxious about the tasks I had to complete before going on my anniversary trip.

I did however take time to pray the rosary. I used my hands as the rosary with each finger representing a bead. I love that God gave us 10 fingers! I didn’t know all of the Luminous Mysteries so I made up times in Jesus’ life to meditate on. I used his Baptism, visiting the temple as a teenager, telling the parables/miracles/sermon on the mount, washing of the feet and then the resurrection/road to Emmaus and Pentecost!
